Meet the team

Thelma Coxon

Thelma has over 10 years experience within the industry in senior management roles, Including, personnel, finance, quality control, customer care and management training. Her wealth of experience over the years, from working with large corporate contracts to small, privately owned companies, has proven invaluable in the day to day running of CCRS.

Thelma is likely to be the first person you speak with at the CCRS office and is the main contact for all of CCRS businesses.

Alan Coxon

Alan is the Managing Director of CCRS and has been involved in the hotel and catering industry for 25 years.

Alan has been able to travel to many places around the world filming and presenting cookery programmes. With the opportunity to meet up with many chefs, waiters, general managers, and more, on his travels and has had the pleasure of eating at some of the finest restaurants around granting him a unique perspective on the worldwide culinary industry. Through his travels Alan built up a widespread network contacts over the globe, which allowed CCRS to flourish.
